description: From forward with the right hand when the staff comes in front of you start the movement off as if you were going to do a 180 fishtail, but instead of taking the staff behind you (on the other side) you do a quick 360 and tuck your hand behind your head then go back into forward fishtails (it feels a bit like you untwisting your body underneth the staff). p.s. you don't really need to hold your chest wheil doing this move

description: These are something i came up with while on a beach in Thailand so i have fond memories for this move. When passing the staff behind the back give it a little pop up to keep it spinning and to make it a bit easier to catch.

description: Pretty self explanitory. That doesn't mean they're easy though. You can cheat a bit by pushing the staff around with your body.

description: Fishtail, then as you come back in front twist your hand inwards and carry the staff across holding it between your thumb and your wrist.

description: Fishtail transfers are when you go straight from forwards fishtail to backwards (or vice versa). These are a good way of getting your fishies nice and tight. Also once you have these you can do 360 Fishtails cos you just keep turning the same way.

description: This is an angel roll with a jesus in the middle, and since a jesus consists of a halo roll and a front side halo roll hence holy trinity (angel, jesus and halo). When the angel roll is coming across your back you need to turn quite fast to get into the jesus. If you get the jesus the exit isn't too hard, just hold out your arm like you would normally for an angel roll.

description: Watch the point where fishtail goes into the angel roll. It's just as you would be bringing the fishtail back to behind you. Bring your arm up to break the spin of the fishtail and push the staff into an angel roll.

description: Basically like an extended halo roll. Make sure the staff rolls down your arm and the spin isnt too fast. When the staff is on your back turn back like you would with a halo roll and hold out your arm, it should roll down the inside of your arm.

description: This is a halo roll immediatley followed by a front side halo roll. You have to turn 180 pretty fast for the front side.
