I REALLY hate wind. I seriously gave up on this video after I had about 30 minutes of footage but only 10 seconds of tricks, because the rest of the footage was of me waiting for the wind to die down so I can continue. I put my rings in the car then headed to a new area to do the contact juggling video. Then I found out the new area is blocked off with trees so there was barely any wind. So I went back and grabbed my rings and shot most of this video down there./nI always forget something, last month I forgot those behind the back catches, this month I forgot some multiplex 4 ring starting tricks. I should write down all the tricks I have to do before I head out.../nAs for this video, I like how it came out besides the choppiness when I do 4 and 5 rings./nThe song is Coming Undone by Korn.

Note: I am not a trampolinist! Do not expect awesome stuff... i played on trampoline for 1-2 hours per week, for about 4 months before making this video.

Hope you enjoy the video. Also, please spare me the "unicycle" suggestion comments or "you should have done a 3 ball cascade" while riding no-handed comments. If you don't know anything about triathlons, then those comments are very naive, because you have no idea what a race like this entails. I spent 10 months training, researching, and fine tuning what works. Until you actually get out there and see what "works" then try to understand that what looks good on paper, doesn't always translate into good practice. Enjoy! -Joe

Back Roll (One handed) - Rolling the hat across your back from one side to the other.
This trick is the one handed version of Back Rolls
Hold the had in an Inside grip, with the thumb in a straight line with the forearm.
Bend over at the waist, swing the arm across the body, and up under the armpit. Flick the wrist at the last moment to help with the spin. Look out to the side, and GRAB!
Haggis' Hot Tip: If you can get the hat to bounce
oll on the catching arm as it comes off of your back, this will slow things down a bit.

Steve Rawlings showed me this trick in Birmingham and said that he used to do it in every show, but now that he's older (and a little rounder :-) he can't get it every time any more. Steve uses a china plate for this trick, but it works with hats too which is why it's here! :-)
Take the hat in your right hand, using an inside grip and hold it so that the crown of the hat is facing to the left.
Throw the hat virtically with some spin, and then do the following while the hat is in the air...
Put your right hand between your legs
Take the hand around the back of the right leg
Stand on your left leg and move the right hand & foot behind the left leg
Then, catch the descending hat in your right hand, from that position. Without falling over.
Top Tips: Practice the "tangle yourself up" bit first without the catch. Keep your eye on the hat as it decends, practice loads...
Luke Burrage managed to get this on video within 30 minutes. I've been trying for weeks and can't do it. It's pretty hard.

I had a lot of trouble with editing this video, because my computer is very slow, so its name is Trouble.
It is made of some old clips I found in my coputer.
I don´t know how to delete the DIVX logo :(
It´s nothing extra, I know:
There is a bad lighting and location.
I move a lot while juggling.
Tricks are boring and simple.
Just some basic editing...
I just want to have some video before my big summer video...
The trick you can´t see because of the sun, is 5 ball shower :D

A circus acrobat, Valentin took a bad fall and broke his back when he was seventeen. Dikul said no to the wheel-chair and painstakingly rehabilitated himself, largely with the help of his trusted kettlebells. But he did not stop there. He proceeded to become a great circus strongman juggling 80kg kettlebells and a powerlifter with mind-boggling lifts at sixty-something years of age!

I don't have any videos. I accidentally brought my balls with me to the shower. It is very cramped in the bathroom and I've noticed my hair has grown quite long hence the translated title "much hair and no space. This is nothing special or even serious.

Viewpoints is a video experiment for a future project I'm starting to work on.
The idea is to play around with the camera position and the playback speed while trying to utilise the music track to enhance the visuals.
This video is just a rough experiment. It's not filmed in a nice location, I'm wearing my day to day clothes and everything was filmed without having any clear idea of how it would be used.

I went for a practice but the weather was really nice and there was a perfectly frozen lake, I couldn't resist filming something (some of the warming up combos of my practices actually) with the little battery I had left. As always, no so hard stuff but pretty solid (take into account the slippery surface).

My first trip to WJD Osaka. It was held over 2 days and had an attendance of over 700 people in total. Some truly amazing things went down, hopefully this will give you an idea of what it was like. You may have noticed Nick Laffey in there as well, he happened to be in Japan this week so it was perfect timing. Anyone coming to Japan give me a shout and I'll help you out with interpreting or getting you around to the various juggling clubs in Tokyo/Yokohama. Honestly even if you don't know Japanese it's no problem, juggling is the best communication.

really the most important out of the two I have released today, This one is for my Girlfriend, Sarah, If It wasn't for her, I don't think i'd be making this video, or working on my Intermed' club routine, or anything really, She's been incredibly supportive and interested in my juggling, she even works on juggling herself now, So this video, is dedicated to her, for being the best girlfriend I could possibly ask for.
