I've been juggling for a about a year and a half, and had 5 balls down (I thought) about a year ago, but now I'm having problems with my form. I'm having pain in my right shoulder and arm after a few hundred catches of 5 objects. As a side note, I do have some kind of muscle problem with my right shoulder now. I'm not sure if it's caused my by my bad form, or causes it, or is completely unrelated. I've been to a chiropractor 3 times now for it and I'm just wondering what to change. Thanks.

I took the SittCom Circus Crew, who've been learning and developing circus skills over the past few years, to the Milton Keynes Juggling Convention in November 2010. While we were there, I bumped into an old friend from Wales, Pete Gamble. He agreed to let me film him teaching my young people the art of whipcracking. Enjoy!

You will need: Ball bearing Yo-Yo Lighter fluid YoYoJam Lube (thin or thick) Tweezers Glass Jar Pliers/bearing removal tool Cloth/Tissue Ceramic bearings should not be cleaned in the way described in the video. Yo-Yo used in this video: Axiom & Sunset Trajectory NXG. Please note that steps in this guide can be dangerous and that following instructions from this video are taken at your own risk. This is the compilation of my 50 days of ♥ juggling ♥ which only took 88 days to make! That's not so bad ;) I hope you've learned something from it/ got some inspiration/ enjoyed watching it. I certainly am happy with some of my new tricks that I've learned :) Happy juggling everybody! ♥

In case you are wondering why everything's so Japanese about the video, the reason is because we wanted to convey the message that we are very influenced by their juggling in a different way. The main idea of the video is not to copy tricks from Japanese people, but to show variations and tricks that we made based on their tricks.
