MiniEd

ponk

MiniEd - 4-person, extra-walking, period-6 MinuEd variation /nBase pattern: rotating PPSPPS feed, with C walking on 2 and A walking on 4; walking always on a left hand, clockwise Manipulation sequence as MinuEd without the zip-zip part; crossing pop helps to avoid clubbed heads/nNotation in video, underlining indicates walking/nPro tip: Pass to A on beat 1 should be aimed at M's head/n(This took us quite a few festivals to put together. Thanks for everybody who had the patience with me at MadFest, Mondo, Charlottesville, IJA, EJC, and Passout.)

Minued

wmurray

Ed Clark's "Minued", performed by Aidee Castro, Rhonda Murray, and Will Murray of Long Beach. The Minued is a pass-pass-self takeout pattern with a basic cycle of 9 beats. Each person takes a turn as the manipulator and then the pattern repeats in a mirror image, so one full cycle takes 54 beats. This video is just under two full cycles. It was shot at the Passing Zone Clubhouse in Huntington Beach, California on April 2, 2015.

MinuEd (with notation)

Ed_Clark

MinuEd is a pass-pass-self base pattern, with some one beat manipulations, which makes it more difficult than standard notation patterns where every manipulation is given two beats. It is juggled in the Rhonda manipulation style http://juggling.tv/15646. First round of the pattern ever recorded (http://juggling.tv/15002) was in the iconic Rhonda styling, so it has set the default style for MinuEd Notation is in the video!

A collection of practice clips from 2 months ago to last week. Lots of attempts at the 5 ball shower and 97531, with some clubs/rings thrown in. Enjoy! :) Hopefully juggling.tv doesn't decrease the video/audio quality like youtube does. Speaking of which, check out my other channel: www.youtube.com/joddle23

Molesey's Final Night

hexagonic

The Final Night from Molesey Juggling Club, nearly London, 17th July 2008. By the time of closing, this club had run for 17 years. Not much footage was recorded but the little I got I've put together here. This video is dedicated in loving memory to Ian Palmer, who ran the club for many years.

Monobolo prototype 2007

Samuli

Monobolo is one sided diabolo that really works. This is old prototype of it. I wanted to make act with like 20 monobolos in similar way that you spin plates on a stick but with one sided diabolos, I also wanted to be able to do regular diabolo tricks with those as well. I knew there wasn't prop for that in stores so I asked Jürgen Kreisz to do that kind of thing because I really liked his diabolo kits. I think he had plans for that kind of thing already... Anyway I got the prototype and this is basicly first test video of it. Nothing special. Then Jürgen made more and we sold many in FDC. While selling these things we gave it a name monobolo. And that is sweet. Fun toy. I haven't made the act I planned, I bet it would be boring and stupid.

Monterrey Jam feat. Cinthia Buitrón “La Flaka”

lucasadverse

As a continuation to my “jam” video series, I was able to collab with another prominent Mexican juggler during my study abroad experience in Mexico. This time I have a female juggler for the first time in this series, and I am very honoured that this juggler is La Flaka. La Flaka is known for being the first (or only) juggler in the history to explore the top-of-the-head balance in the midst of tricks. Before her, jugglers had done patterns while holding that club balance, but no one was ever able to actually integrate the top-of-the-head balance with different siteswaps and body rolls. After hanging out with the Unicirclo Laguna crew in Monterrey for a week, I noticed the potential for modern passing tricks with her and I decided to visit them once again in order to record this video. Thank you Tinoco, Flaka and Leonardo Icaza for making this possible and for being extremely kind and welcoming! Full video with better quality and more details on YouTube!
