A few years ago i filmed this basic Table Juggling tutorial.
The original idea was to push other jugglers to practice and film more advanced tricks inspired in using surfaces instead of air (more objects, longer periods, passing, bounce or roll...) I think the possibilities are amazing!
If you want to watch really complex table juggling there is a chapter in Social Siteswaps DVD by Gandini Juggling called Tables in Madrid that i filmed with my friend Daniel Shultz where we pass some period 10 tricks and some huge amount of objects and hard siteswaps.

Throw Joy is 53 minutes of sledgehammer hitting ice-cream cake. The result of 561 days spent making 6 clubs tricks, strapping cameras to trees, and filling 8 juggling notebooks with questionable ideas. The video not only includes the most hardcore juggling Wes has ever done with balls, clubs, and rings but keyboards, chairs, tripods, paintings, and wine bottles are also recklessly thrown skyward. The Wally-Walk was created by the juggling group, Manic Expressions, who came from our home, Appalachian State, and won the national team passing championship in 1987 (somewhere around there). In honor of them and the great juggling history here in Boone, NC we have brought back the Wally-Walk. Enjoy and share!

This is a test video by Mike Sharkey for the Canon 550d T2i. No post filters used, all effects done in-camera (other than ramping).
He wanted me to do some tricks for him, so he could try the slowmo and other cool features. I'm terribly out of practice, so there's nothing new trick wise. The quality is pretty amazing though!

In case you are wondering why everything's so Japanese about the video, the reason is because we wanted to convey the message that we are very influenced by their juggling in a different way. The main idea of the video is not to copy tricks from Japanese people, but to show variations and tricks that we made based on their tricks. The second part of the video is coming soon and won't have Japan as a theme. Thanks so much for watching!
