Here is my 4th video./nSome tricks are not done in the prettiest execution you can imagine, but I tried to do the hardest tricks I could hit on video. So I'm waiting for your feedback. :)

Hi!
As I get better and better at this trick I decided to make a quick video with the few first variations I'm doing and some practice tips.
I hope that this will inspire some people to start practicing it, as I only know of very few who can do it.
I included a list of people that I know of below, if you know more feel free to msg me or comment on the video.
Also, if you have ideas for other variations then I would love to hear those!

This video was mostly shot at Turbofest in Canada, some other parts are just shot in my room.

Basically like an extended halo roll. Make sure the staff rolls down your arm and the spin isnt too fast. When the staff is on your back turn back like you would with a halo roll and hold out your arm, it should roll down the inside of your arm.

I took the SittCom Circus Crew, who've been learning and developing circus skills over the past few years, to the Milton Keynes Juggling Convention in November 2010.
