Still Hard Work has an emphasis on 1 and 2 ball ideas, and a brief shot of me doing the "real" under-the-leg cascade.

Juggling outside my house, when I was tired.

Well this is a long video, mostly because of the intro though. i don't want to spoil anything in the description...but I have to in the tricks list, so get to at least like a minute in before reading this. Like I said, I'm 2 days late, but that's because I was hanging out with the .org people on the 10th, and didn't get home until 4:00 on the 11th, and I had work at 5. Then the next day I wasn't home at all. So yea, I'm late, but I didn't use those late days to get more practice in. When i get into the ball juggling, I've only been doing that for a little less then a week, so hopefully by next month I can make it consistent. well... first there is this bit with the sound system to go with the name and to match then music then i do a three club trick where they balance on my arms and stuff then it goes to the thing with different clashes and short tricks to match the music then i do a 5 ball trick with back crosses and a spin around and more back crosses with numbers and x's and things then i do 4 club singles while having 2 clubs on the ground one on top of the other so that i can step on the fat end of one using it as a lever to flip the other one into my hand and go into a 5 club cascade... you know what, i don't really have time to write out a description so maybe you better just watch the video.

my new trick. In theory, it starts with an impossible collision (where all three balls peak at the same time, at the same height - in theory) and tapping the outside balls to a rainbow and into three ball cascade.

If you don't know anything about triathlons, then those comments are very naive, because you have no idea what a race like this entails. I spent 10 months training, researching, and fine tuning what works. Headstop Cascade - A three hat juggling pattern where each hat is thrown to the head. This is a series of Throw To Heads, alternating hands, but immediately after you make the throw, you have to take off the hat on your head with the throwing hand.

Three Hat Cascade - Ring Style - Juggling 3 hats in a cascade, throwing them as you would rings. 1. Learn to juggle 3 balls. See the IJDb tutorials page. Sorry non-jugglers, but it'll help a lot. 2. Throw each hat with a flick of the wrist to give it some stabilising spin. Catch the hats palm-upwards, in an inside grip. Rotate the wrist inwards 180 degrees before the next throw.

Well, since I'm competing again this year, I figured I'd update my profile video with some of the more recent stuff I've accomplished like, oh, I don't know, stuff like: 17 catches of a 5 ring flat front reverse cascade 17 catches of a 4 ring mills mess 3 rounds of 744 with 5 rings 4 ring 2up 180 to 2up360 and a 6 ring qualify.
