This takes place while the juggler is walking on four count. 2. "iA": The manipulator (M) intercepts a the pass from C to A. The juggler who was A is the new manipulator, and reads from the manipulator line. The old manipulator, reads A's line. 3. "cB": The manipulator carries a club to B. We found it useful for the manipulator (who was the feeder for 1 and 2) to say 3 during the carry, for continuity. All the jugglers are re-labeled and the new feeder starts counting the 3 passes. Panto gets it's name from the pass from A to B on beat 1, the club is quite close to the back of the manipulators head (He's behind you!).

Got an iPhone 6, so decided to make the most of the slomo function to show some ideas which are hard to see at full speed. Video tends to flicker unless it is done with natural light, but at least you can see the tricks clearly.

Don't get mixed-up, there's no sauce in the video. "To sauce" means to throw or to pass in Canadian slang (it comes from the saucer pass in hockey), so now it should make sense :) This video is the continuation of my 3 ball juggling experimentation and it mainly focuses on body throws, hence the title. A little free performance I did at the JJF. I didn't have much time to make it but I tried to throw in some harder stuff than my championship routine to test it out. Gonna work on completely new tricks for next year and keep them out of videos so there's a bit more impact when seeing them, a lot of this stuff has been done to death now.

Hi! As I get better and better at this trick I decided to make a quick video with the few first variations I'm doing and some practice tips. I hope that this will inspire some people to start practicing it, as I only know of very few who can do it. Stack tricks while use only the hands, no rolling. Next week is the toss/cigar influenced video, then two weeks later I plan to make a little bonus video with some stuff I have been playing with this week.

Two poles of different lengths balanced simultaneously on the head, as well as some other balancing tricks. This is know as a dual or twin inverted pendulum in control systems engineering. In the first 2 clips I use a long pole that is 4 times the length of the short pole. In the 3rd clip the long pole is only 3 times as long and is more difficult. The poles fit together in sections so that I can pack them in my bag. They're made from a cheap Argos wardrobe. The ball on the end of the long pole is mainly there to make the end more visible. I'm using rubber chair leg feet at the bottom end of the poles. Music is 'Heartbeats' by The Knife.
