Our entry for the IJA tutorial contest: 3 count behind the head passing. It's a fun pattern we came up with in January, and the concept of using 180s with directional body throws make it a concept ripe for variation./nIf you enjoyed it, please vote for us in the IJA tutorial contest! We'd really like to make it out to the convention this year =)

Hello me and my friend(Onni)were thinkin, should we make a video with only our best 2D tricks, i was like, well there aren't so many but what the heck what does it matter, but this video is not only 2D but in the beginning there is only one 1D trick, ill give you a hint: its a vertax trick which my friend can do but i cant get the hang of it! Well hope you enjoy our little video.

My first solo diabolo video. Music: Aerosmith-Dude (looks like a lady) Editen in windows movie maker filmed with a JVC GZ-MS100 camera. This is also somehow my 1 year of diabolo video becose it has pased almost a year from my first real learning.

I made this video because I wanted to try putting some effort into the production side of things and because I had a bunch of clips I wanted to show certain individuals. Because I had no one in particular in mind to show all of this stuff to, the video has an ADHD feel to it that I like. For the record, the juggling here is pretty respectably difficult, the straps are respectably intermediate, and the wheel stuff is laughably simple. This is in line with how often I practice each of them as well as the total length of time I've been working on each.

Notation: __1__2__3 A: ps ps ps ->B B: ps ss ps ->C C: ss ps ss -> A M: sC iA cB -> M The feeder is "A", the juggler to the feeder's left is "B" and the juggler to the feeder's right is "C". The feeder counts "1 2 3" to make it easier to keep track of where we are in the pattern. On beats 1 and 3, A (the feeder) and B exchange a pass. On beat 2, A and C exchange a pass. On 3, juggler B catches the carried pass and walks on four count (rotating the positions anti-clockwise). 1. "sC": The manipulator substitutes a self from C to C. This takes place while the juggler is walking on four count. 2. "iA": The manipulator (M) intercepts a the pass from C to A. The juggler who was A is the new manipulator, and reads from the manipulator line. The old manipulator, reads A's line. 3. "cB": The manipulator carries a club to B. We found it useful for the manipulator (who was the feeder for 1 and 2) to say 3 during the carry, for continuity. All the jugglers are re-labeled and the new feeder starts counting the 3 passes. Panto gets it's name from the pass from A to B on beat 1, the club is quite close to the back of the manipulators head (He's behind you!).

A good place to start before moving onto the steve. Do a neck roll and as the staff comes around onto your shoulder, drop that shoulder and let the staff roll onto your arm. Raise your arm with the staff (when the staff gets onto your arm it should be just below shoulder height, when the staff finnishes in your hand it should be just above head height) so that it rolls up it and into your hand.

freestyle session somewhere not in paris. i used three balls from a juggling handler, hoodie from fruit of the loom, and trousers from uptown brussel, the shoes are also from a knowed handler, just to be clear about my underground roots. the music is from some dj´s, i really don´t know who created the tune, but it´s often listened in dnb parties, where you almost never find me. THE FLUTE TUNE is the name.

"Flipped" patterns are where every under the arm throw and catch become over the arm. And vice versa.

Doreen was visiting Madrid for a couple of days, and we spent a rainy morning juggling patterns in my warehouse. Is amazing how time flies when you play this kind of funny things, and how fast you can juggle new patterns with the right partner. She is one of the best passers in the world, for sure! In addition, is amazing how we keep enjoying Préchac Transformation after all these years. We already played a lot of this patterns but there is still a universe out there... Full of new tricks to discover and customize.
