I posted this in support of the Contact Juggling community. I haven't made a pure contact video in a while and I thought it was necessary. Fushigi and its ridiculous marketing/business tactics have taken a lot away from the contact juggling community recently. Things like respect, respect for the fact that we spend years on this stuff. I personally have lots of hard work, study, creativity (i like to think so), and sometimes pain (see, hard work) into this activity. I know many others have too, and I don't like seeing my friend upset over this attempted re-branding and simplification of our art/whatever./nSo I just wanted to say I am not going to admit defeat to this B.S. I'm still going to progress and do what I like and so should everyone else. I already liked Berlin, but this trip I found out that it's the best city in Europe for finding indoor practice spaces during winter, not to mention all the friendly jugglers and circus artists who live and train here. It's inspiring, fun, and very nice to be in a big city that supports and encourages juggling!

I finally finished a new video of my juggling which i
wanted more and more during the past months. The final
result shows some ideas in editing that i like as well as
some tricks and combinations that are brand new for me.
The wind during the last weeks was a little annoying
(you'll recognize). I hope you enjoy watching.

Got my brand new HD 60 Frames Per Second camera! And so I decided the day I got it to give it a test with some kendama tricks, capturing the subtle moves faster than the eye can see them. So here we go! With a UFO, Triple Jumping Stick, swing spike combo's, and a coupleother awesome Kendama tricks in clear as day slo-mo.

Feeding the Fish were commissioned to create choreographed routines for BBC TV's prime-time game-show: "Britain's Brightest". Feeding the Fish's 6-person team used their patented Pixel-Poi technology. The Pixel-Poi were specially programmed to include particular written numbers in their ultra-bright display. The contestants were asked to remember the numbers as they were displayed and answer mathematical questions.

I was training in Stockholm in the now, during the summer abandoned circus hall. I decided to film one day and this is the result. It's basically just technique I am working on lately./nAnd there's a bonus material of the most un-clean 7 club flash in the history of juggling! :)

A game branded as Gyro Ring in the past, here is a fabulously addicting prop composed of five brass washers (beads) strung onto a stainless steel ring.
To activate this prop you spin the brass beads and turn the larger ring to keep them going in perpetual activity. The ring can then be manipulated in various ways to perform a large range of tricks! This is a improv set slowed to 1/2x.
These rings were popular in Japan and New Zealand circa 1995-1997 but remained widely unknown to much of the rest of the world. A small selection of high quality rings are available online at my website SlingTrue.org
