This was filmed in 2005 and edited in 2009 (on here, JTV as "Will 2"). for some reason this alternate edit lives on my hard drive. I prefer this edit (it was an early one, complete with a blank space!) so maybe you'll enjoy it too. It's all ball juggling with a bit of bouncing off walls etc.

Evgeni Biljauer (b. 1947) was one of the 3 top Russian solo jugglers in the latter part of the 20th Century. This clip is from a TV special called The Great Russian Circus Spectacular. I don't know the actual date, but his age (and clothes) put it in the early 1970s. 5 clubs; 4 clubs & ball; 3 large balls; 8 rings with a balance; 3 clubs This is the same clip as JTV#163, only in colour.

Not sure about the date as I can't make that out at the end, but it's some time in the late 1980s-early 1990s I think. Got an iPhone 6, so decided to make the most of the slomo function to show some ideas which are hard to see at full speed. Video tends to flicker unless it is done with natural light, but at least you can see the tricks clearly.

I've been in grad school for 18 months now and it's been a difficult trip. Certainly more time consuming than undergrad but after the first semester I managed to find time to balance life out a bit more, resume volunteer work and circus training. The tricks in this video were mostly filmed over Thanksgiving and Christmas break and almost entirely involve backcrosses with clubs mainly because that's what I'm most excited about sharing at the moment. My knees gave me some problems several years ago and it's made me too paranoid about re-injuring them to do 360 tricks on an un-waxed floor. It's not any loss to the viewer as I haven't learned any new spin tricks in a long time. This is not to say I don't give them the effort, just that I haven't improved on them for a while. There are 360 tricks I could do in high school that I can't do much better these days despite the 6 years of practice that have passed. There are no balls in the video because I couldn't find a way to film them clearly and there is not

Mystery Wrist Mount Trick - N12 MagicYoYo Shark Tutorial. About the trick... It came out in the late 90's early 2000. Alex Berenguel may be the creator of the trick. This trick has been a difficult one to have a 100% identification on the name. MagicYoYo N12 Shark - Currently working on a tutorial using the N12 Shark. However; I'm having a difficult time putting the N12 down long enough to work on the tutorial. A little doublestaff compilation from a training session early this year. I'm not quite sure how to describe this style. Some people just call it old school spinning. I'd like to coin it power spinning if i may.... sounds like a fitness fad though.. Shot in the training room of Cirque du Soleil's Zaia show, which was at the Venetian Macau before sadly shutting down in March this year. My introductory submission into the viral juggling community. Wanted to finally get my juggling out there on the internet so that its out there. This is just a taste of my ability after nearly 4 years of juggling, I will be putting up more in the future, so keep an eye out.

New ideas, new props, new life. Had the idea for a long time to mix contact with other props (in particular the RDL props), so I gave myself a challenge of trying to come up with some mini routines over the summer. Still in the early stages but its somewhere I want to look into more. Going to live in Japan permanantly from the 30th so its a kind of goodbye UK/home vid.
