Counting Escalator Steps

wespeden

LINKS: TITLE: Counting Escalator Steps IDEA: Stale bread boring and i never want my juggling to be a synonym for it. So i am trying to use what i find in juggling quickly and get on to the next thing to keep it interesting for me and other juggling enthusiasts. So i felt like i needed to make this video so the juggling didn't get forgotten and lost. (see PROCESS from more pretentiousness) HOW TO: For best results view film in full screen in a dark room with sound canceling headphones at least 2 hours after eating and no more than 15 minutes after reading fiction. Feet should be flat on the floor, palms down, and head 70 cm from the screen(assuming you are viewing this on a computer). CREDITS : http://www.k8malabares.com http://www.wespeden.com http://www.mum.is special thanks to K8 for the POP clubs! PROCESS: there is not enough room to write this here but you can read it in the info of this same video on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/wespeden

Berlin: Juggling wizards in winter!

johnnations

I already liked Berlin, but this trip I found out that it's the best city in Europe for finding indoor practice spaces during winter, not to mention all the friendly jugglers and circus artists who live and train here. It's inspiring, fun, and very nice to be in a big city that supports and encourages juggling! Thank you to all the talented people who appear in this video, including, but not limited to: Declan, Mark, Luke, Bart, Fabio, Karolina, Alex, Josh (Sorry I'm too senile to have remembered everyone's name! I would like to credit you, so please leave your name in a comment for me, if you appear in here? Danke!) Thanks also to Geraldine and her family, Luke and Pola, and Tona and Mischa for hosting me and helping me with the videography. Danke to the people at Jonglierkatakomben, especially Carlo, and all the others who put up with my broken German. Deutsch ist schwerer als 5 Club Backcrosses!

Matt Hennem - 'Liquid Underground'

cupoftea

- london tube contact juggling - produced by howie.tv - released April 2013. Matt brings together elements of popping/locking, juggling, manipulation, isolation, illusion and humour to create a modern twist on the classic contact juggling art first seen by many when performed over 25 years ago by Michael Moschen in Jim Henson's 'Labyrinth'. Credited as one of the co-creators of the modern contact juggling style, Matt continues to captivate audiences across the world with his unique performance. He uses a combination of a 100mm solid crystal clear acrylic ball and a touch of obsession. - the music is 'Hard to Find' by Robot Koch. - www.robotsdontsleep.com - soundcloud.com/robot-koch - www.thatguywithaball.com

2013 Contactjuggling.org Collaboration Video

CasualArcane

Contact Juggling, an ancient art recently codified and popularized by Michael Moschen, is as indefinable as it is magical. Rather than try to describe it, the community of ContactJuggling.org began this project to show you how each of us sees Contact Juggling. Whether dance, juggling, mime, or magic (or perhaps all four or none at all), this video showcases years of hard work by artists across four continents, each bound together by a common interest but all unique in their study./nEdited by Riel Green and Sennyo of Casual Arcane (CasualArcane.com) All music by Module (Modulemodule.com) and Bri Maneely (soundcloud.com/brimaneely) Video by Contactjuggling.org and contact jugglers around the world!/nFor more information about contact juggling, or to find out how to be a part of next year's collaboration video, visit www.contactjuggling.org! Video number 19! The second video made entirely with Vegas, and definitely worth the change I think. I changed up my editing style for this video after the failure of Adverse Reaction, and started this video by finding the best music FIRST, then editing the video according to the music. The change definitely helps I think. Enjoy! http://reeses2150.com/db3/Reeses2150%20-%201987.wmv

"Équilibre" (which means balance in french) is a juggling experience directed and performed by Nico Pires, filmed in motion by Franck Remy (www.rollercam.fr). The original song "Équilibre" is performed by Hocus Pocus featuring Oxmo Puccino. Here is the official music clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xE8nT8- The lyrics are talking about the struggle to find balance in life, using many metaphors through juggling, acrobatics and circus. Copyrights of the song are owned by On and On Records and Universal Music France. Buy the song here: https://itunes.apple.com/fr/album/equilibre/id361784864?i=361784875 Nico is a self taught artist specialized in diabolo, contact juggling and influenced by a diversity of movements (hip hop and contemporary dancing, capoeira). Recorded in Châteauroux's National Stage Equinoxe, "Équilibre" is an invitation into Nico's quest of balance through the juggling and body expression. Overview of Excited State Siteswap Transition (Mini-Series)

btiemann

Here's a non-trailer trailer for an upcoming mini-series of Boppo's Whiteboard ... namely, several different methods to calculate or deduce transition sequences between excited-state siteswap tricks. If you know the get-in and get-outs, that's enough to make transitions. If you know of or can find a trick that has states in common with the tricks you wish to transition between, that is enough to make transition sequences. If you know the states themselves and can find throws to convert between them, that too is enough. Also, if you can give the total arrival schedule, if you will, of the entire sequence you wish to have transitions within, that too enables you to deduce possible transition sequences. They all work for synch, too, but the last is maybe the best method for me.
