This is my first juggling video. The tricks are not the hardest, but I am still prouf of this video. I just started juggling about 2 weeks ago. I hadn't played for many months before. I hope that i won't lose interest in juggling again, but I can't promise anything. Maybe you will see more juggling videos soon ;).

I had a slow Sunday and decide to record myself juggling and spinning around my college, Irvine Valley College. I wanted to film around my school showing off some of the sculptures at the school. I am using my Red 90mm acrylic ball and some sock Poi./nI know that the editing is crappy and not that great and I do apologize for it. It was the best I was able to do with the footage I got. There are no prerequisites for learning headrolls, grab a ball and start practicing those stalls from day one./nStep 1 is semi-optional./nHead dents WILL occur, they are temporary and should be encouraged/nGood luck, these require patience but they are so so so worth it. This is my summer 2010 juggling video. Unlike my last one, this thing is just juggling, none of those other distractions. The summer went a little off plan and for that reason I didn't get to juggle nearly as much as I had intended to. /nMy biggest problem was that I decided I was going to run 50 miles on August 1st. So all through June and July I was running a lot. . . like way more than you should, about 80 to 100 miles a week. Most every day I was juggling for a few hours, then running for a few hours, then studying for a few hours, then eating for a while. It turns out that it's bad for your body to do that. I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks while I was eating 10,000 calories a day. As a result I wound up really immune compromised and I got shingles in late July. Shingles in very painful so I had to stop running and at that point I gained about a pound a day for almost 2 weeks. For those of you who have never experienced rapid weight fluctuations, they suck. Juggling in the summer, hence the pun. You see, it is some juggling but also summer juggling. We decided to combine these two concepts into a single some/summer based pun and ended up with Some(er) Juggling. That way, you can choose to read it as "Some Juggling" or "Summer Juggling". This seems to be the best title compromise overall. Punny, no? Also it is important to note that at about 3:20 Alex was not hit! Well this is me after one week of Contact Juggling, I know, pretty much a mess, I have a long way to go, and for some reason the presence of the camera made me serious and look a bit scary... I'm not like that when I practice, I smile, I promise! :) Any advise, tips, corrections very very very welcome! Help pleaseee!
