Master/beast club passing act - Didier Andre & Fabian Alberola - in Archaos "The Last Show on Earth" Australia 1992 The strongest character-based juggling act I've seen. Skill level was high for its time (5 clubs each, solid 8 club pass), the act is beautifully constructed, and it rocked the show every night I saw it.

Around the... kendama tricks are combinations of cups and spike. This is the one I call "Around Ireland" Small Cup ~ Base Cup ~ Spike./nBecause Ireland is a small island, it makes sense that the combination is short; so are Around Japan and Around Britain./nIn fact Around Ireland uses the same cups as Around Britain but in reverse order, because reasons.

Manipulator passing pattern for four people. The base pattern is 4 count between two jugglers. Below is the Aidan notation for the pattern. There is one round of four count and then the pattern begins A: ps |ss |ps |ss | Becomes juggler B B: ps |ss |cs |ss | Becomes juggler A M: SA-B |SB-B |IA-B |CM-N | Becomes manipulator N N: SB-A |SA-A |SB-A |SN-B | Becomes manipulator M "ps":= pass self "ss":= self self "cs":= chop self "SA-B":= Substitute from juggler A to juggler B "IA-B":= Intercept from juggler A to juggler B (note that at an intercept instruction the juggler that was the destination of the club and the manipulator that performed the intercept change places) "CM-N":= Carry from manipulator M to manipulator N Starting positions in the video: A patterned red shirt (right) B dress (left) M is blue shirt (middle-right) N plain red shirt (middle left) Oh, and the "niiaoow" noise is a cat-plane hybrid noise, performed on the carry (optional).

Base cup > swing in

Starting off with the base pattern of rotating 2 count 4 count feed, we then add the maniuplators to do 3B (Brook in blue t-shirt the B maniuplator, Steve in black t-shirt the 3 manipulator). Every 30 beats you get back to the start, and so every 30 beats the B/V manipulator (Brook at this point) switches to the other pattern and the 5 people do around of 3B/3V. We do 3B/3V/3B/3V and then try to exit the pattern. In Aidan Notation (X, Y, Z are the jugglers): X: Ps | Ps | Ps Y: Ps | ss | Ps Z: ss | Ps | ss 3: cZZ | sZX | iXY V: cXY | sYY | iXZ B: iXY | cYY | sYX I switch by doing the second column of the pattern I've arrived in (as manipulator) and then switching to the third column of the new pattern (and everyone responds accordingly).

In case you are wondering why everything's so Japanese about the video, the reason is because we wanted to convey the message that we are very influenced by their juggling in a different way. The main idea of the video is not to copy tricks from Japanese people, but to show variations and tricks that we made based on their tricks. Cinthia has recorded a video per year, since she began practicing juggling this is the last video of the room of time trilogy (based on dragon ball), showing in her performance the power of the room of time. She is a young juggler from the city of Torreon in Coahuila and for three years she has been training and she received Mr Popo's knowledge at Unicirclo Laguna. Specialized in balance techniques domain, The video it's recorded at Unicirclo Laguna a big and beautiful vintage house located downtown of the city; where time stops with walls filled of color and beautiful sight. Anybody in the world can come here to train and upgrade their level. This is a fundamental move of my Juggling Percussion technique. It's a simple move but takes practice to get it feeling smooth.

Part one in a series of videos covering stack tricks and all the variations/uses I can think of. This video mostly covers rolling tricks and things I consider "standard". I plan to film and upload the each part every weekend for the next month or so, covering more manipulation style tricks, toss/cigar influenced tricks, and some bounce/ground based tricks.

A new pattern created using Aidan notation. The manipulators in this pattern are dependent, as clubs are taken by one manipulator and replaced by the other. 4 count static Y base, with B at the back of the Y, D in the middle of the Y, A on the left of the Y (from the point of view of D and B) and C on the right. Aiden notation for the pattern: A ps|ss|ps|ss|ps|ss B ps|ss|ps|ss|ps|ss C ps|ss|ps|ss|ps|ss D ps|ss|ps|ss|ps|ss M1 cD|--|sA|iA|cA|-- M2 sC|iC|cD|iD|cB|iB Starting: M1 starts back to back with D facing B M2 stands in front of C facing C We start with a ps and then the manipulators begin on ss.
