My first official exclusive juggling.tv video because we all know how youtube can be./nWell, this was supposed to be more of a practice video to showcase what I've been working on etc. There are a few fun clips though. I didn't get a chance to get as many cool shots as I wanted but the focus was supposed to be on the juggling more for this one anyways. Lots of penguin tricks (big surprise). I might start working on other 3 ball stuff for a while since change is sometimes a good thing... or so I've heard. So yeah, any advice, trick requests and whatnot are always welcome.

I have always been disappointed with the average amount of care which goes into juggling videos, compared to those of the acrobatic or extreme sports communities.
I present to you my first ever HD juggling film project. Shot entirely with a Canon T2i, at 720p and 60fps.
Filmed during just 30 minutes on a cold December morning.
Edited using Final Cut Pro and Motion

Spirit Bomb Yo-Yo Trick Instructional Video demonstrated by Luke Renner. Note: this video uses a non-breakaway mount. The breakaway is the standard throw for the trick. If you're learning tricks for a sports ladder contest practice the breakaway toss to start the trick the other steps are the same. The forward pass throw used in this demonstration gives extra momentum and spin time for completing the trick. The audio is intentionally left out on this video.
Yo-Yo used in the demo is a Yoyofactory Speed Dial. Footage shot in Northwest New Mexico on 8/28/10 by Filmmakers George Thomas and Thomas LaRue. In 2004 Jonathan Jolly released a DVD called Completing the Circle, a documentary about the UK juggling scene filmed over 6 months in 2003. It's a wonderful snapshot of the UK juggling scene at the time, with great footage from various conventions and interviews with many of the jugglers who were on the scene during this period.
Jonathan has now decided to make this lost project freely available to the juggling community.
