A circus acrobat, Valentin took a bad fall and broke his back when he was seventeen. Dikul said no to the wheel-chair and painstakingly rehabilitated himself, largely with the help of his trusted kettlebells. But he did not stop there. He proceeded to become a great circus strongman juggling 80kg kettlebells and a powerlifter with mind-boggling lifts at sixty-something years of age!

well... first there is this bit with the sound system to go with the name and to match then music then i do a three club trick where they balance on my arms and stuff then it goes to the thing with different clashes and short tricks to match the music then i do a 5 ball trick with back crosses and a spin around and more back crosses with numbers and x's and things then i do 4 club singles while having 2 clubs on the ground one on top of the other so that i can step on the fat end of one using it as a lever to flip the other one into my hand and go into a 5 club cascade... you know what, i don't really have time to write out a description so maybe you better just watch the video.

A few cigar box juggling tricks over the break. Not as much crazy stuff as in 6, but I've been watching Lewie West's acro videos (check them out), and I really liked the mix of technical stuff with fun tricks that make you want to go train and explore whatever discipline you're doing. So I hope this does that.

Filmed in Krystallpalast Varieté, Leipzig in Oct. 2005. Luke was always against having his act online, he always felt that if you wanted to see it you should see it live. Tragically that is no longer a possibility and so I hope he'd forgive me for uploading it now. His work is timeless and I truly believe he'd be happy to let us all enjoy what he spent so long building and be pleased to know that his work lives on to inspire future generations. One of the true greats. RIP old friend.

LINKS: TITLE: Counting Escalator Steps IDEA: Stale bread boring and i never want my juggling to be a synonym for it. So i am trying to use what i find in juggling quickly and get on to the next thing to keep it interesting for me and other juggling enthusiasts. So i felt like i needed to make this video so the juggling didn't get forgotten and lost. (see PROCESS from more pretentiousness) HOW TO: For best results view film in full screen in a dark room with sound canceling headphones at least 2 hours after eating and no more than 15 minutes after reading fiction. Joe and Wes have made 3 videos together in the past. Each video has
been a little bit better then the last. Not so with with this motion
picture. Lets put it this way, If Joe and Wes 3 was a tape walkman,
then Joe and Wes 4 would be a 80 GB video iPod. It's longer, it has
better tricks, better filming, better video quality, just better
