I still had some footage from the 2 practices I made the other movies with. I thought I would make another video with the leftovers. They suck for a variety of reasons but I chose the most watchable ones and put them in a video.

I've been in grad school for 18 months now and it's been a difficult trip. Certainly more time consuming than undergrad but after the first semester I managed to find time to balance life out a bit more, resume volunteer work and circus training. The tricks in this video were mostly filmed over Thanksgiving and Christmas break and almost entirely involve backcrosses with clubs mainly because that's what I'm most excited about sharing at the moment. My knees gave me some problems several years ago and it's made me too paranoid about re-injuring them to do 360 tricks on an un-waxed floor. It's not any loss to the viewer as I haven't learned any new spin tricks in a long time. This is not to say I don't give them the effort, just that I haven't improved on them for a while. There are 360 tricks I could do in high school that I can't do much better these days despite the 6 years of practice that have passed. There are no balls in the video because I couldn't find a way to film them clearly and there is not

We shot this video clip in Denmark, on a beautiful island called Fano.We had a lot of fun experience there and discovering the scenery was very exciting.
I'm juggling with 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 balls in this video, upwards and downwards as well.

[2007] so anna and i (selby) made this video over break. i was talking to jon and decided to dedicate a trick to him. then when we were editing, we realized that there were many people we wanted to dedicate things to, so we did. so here it is, not only a super awesome video but a tribute to people who have helped us become the 'jugglers we are today'

I posted this in support of the Contact Juggling community. I haven't made a pure contact video in a while and I thought it was necessary. Fushigi and its ridiculous marketing/business tactics have taken a lot away from the contact juggling community recently. Things like respect, respect for the fact that we spend years on this stuff. I personally have lots of hard work, study, creativity (i like to think so), and sometimes pain (see, hard work) into this activity. I know many others have too, and I don't like seeing my friend upset over this attempted re-branding and simplification of our art/whatever./nSo I just wanted to say I am not going to admit defeat to this B.S. I'm still going to progress and do what I like and so should everyone else. ***Winner of the WJVF 2007 awards ** Finally, after 3 months workin on this project, IMPERFECT CIRQUEL video is ready. Thanks to the collaboration of 9 jugglers all over italy, and the help of Giulio Ferrarella for editing, now we can put online two versions of this video. Video runs for 18 minutes, more than 100 tricks and sequences.

After dropping stuff for years in the US, I took my juggling overseas, but alas. Gravity proved to be equally challenging all over the world. At least I found some beautiful backgrounds. I even cascaded (clubs) in front of a cascade (waterfall)!
Thanks to all who helped me film this stuff from 2002 to 2005. Thanks to Enya for this tune, "Storms in Africa" (sorry Ms Enya that I don't have Africa on here).
