"il video che non stavate aspettando"
Dopo quasi 5 anni dal primo approccio con la giocoleria, ecco che esce "Sparkle" o "Scintilla" (su ispirazione di una canzone dei Dropp), il video che esprime al meglio la mia intenzione di raggiungere la completezza nella manipolazione, tecnica ed artistica, delle palline. "Sparkle" è frutto di un intenso lavoro di allenamento e ricerca, filmato e montato interamente da me, tuttora diciassettenne. Un grazie importante va a chi mi ha aiutato durante questo mio percorso e alla Scuola di Circo Flic.

Hi,/nI have made a video with some new 3 and 4 diabolo tricks and some 5 diabolo runs!
I cleaned up the siteswap 772020, (with 3d) in a previous video they drop after 4 catches...
I hope you also like my new 4d bouncing trick!

Although so many things went wrong, I still think this turned out rather well.
In the 3 ball part, I went 2 minutes and 40 seconds without a drop, which is good because when I did drop it, I was done anyway. And try to ignore the hiss, I couldn't get rid of it, but I think later on it just went away.
I did something special for part 2, I won't spoil it, but it sucked getting that right, and it still wasn't as good as I had hoped. Yes I shook the camera and didn't realize it, but after that it went alright. although my hand was in the way for one of the tricks, (hint, inside elbow stall, then again rolling it to the fingers).
Contact juggling, for the first 2 parts I was standing on some cloths because of the squeaky floorboard I was on. In this part I decided to take them away so I can stand level on the floor....and you can hear the results. If you can get past the floorboard, then I did pretty good....in the beginning. It's weird, I purposely put the hard tricks in the beginning so if I kept messing up

Kris Kremo routine. I wasn't going to upload this, because he drops and quality is not so good and routine is online already. Then I think it's ok because even the best jugglers sometimes drop, and we can see he has a joke to use when he drops. He's good even when he is not perfect.

Yes, it's a diabolo video, despite the title! (all is explained in the video)! Nev, Sean and Ginger Tom hang out by a canal, and strut.
Thanks Void, the story behind the name. I released a video before this called 'dropitlikeitshot' named after a bit of local grafiti. It got a stupid amount of youtube hits (217,960 as I write this), It's not that great a video. There was an opinion that that was just down to the title hence releasing 'hot teen on cam - an experiment on boosting youtube views'

(original youtube description)Three of the Pontefract diaboloists popped around last Saturday and we had a bit of a session.
This video is maybe the first chance a lot of people will have had to see what kind of stuff the Ponte lot do. In this vid its mainly Minig and fan stuff but some slack knot stuff and the odd other thing gets a look in. Very casual and relaxed is the vibe. I lengthened my string just for the occasion.

(I made this about a year ago, it was a classic 'lets film some stuff so that we can see what we should film for a proper video... lets make a rough video... lets put it out anyway' It's long and very fan heavy but the tunes nice. (Oh it's also the diabolo video with the most hits on youtube - 217,960- which I guess I'll have to learn to live with))

My performance for the talent show at my school. First time ever I performed with anyting. I was kinda nervous so there are quite some drops in the performance :-(. About the excalibur; the stage was actually too small for excalibur (some stage pieces were missing) and the light-effect didn't really help, so that part was one big disappointment :-P

After dropping stuff for years in the US, I took my juggling overseas, but alas. Gravity proved to be equally challenging all over the world. At least I found some beautiful backgrounds. I even cascaded (clubs) in front of a cascade (waterfall)!
Thanks to all who helped me film this stuff from 2002 to 2005. Thanks to Enya for this tune, "Storms in Africa" (sorry Ms Enya that I don't have Africa on here).

At MJC there was an Act Devising Program. It basically helped you make an act. All of the participants had the opportunity to perform their new found performing skill at the end of the Program. Here is my performance :) Enjoy

The Magic Drop move/mount demonstrated by Luke Renner. Yo-Yo used in the demonstration is the YoYoFactory NorthStar. The Magic Drop move was created by Paul Escolar. This move / special string mount is also necessary to complete the Kamikaze yo-yo trick (which was also created by Paul Escolar). Music "A Shot in the Dark" by El Patapsco.
