That’s my new 3 ball juggling video. After watching the footage the first time I noticed that I had too much stuff for a normal video. Because of that I decided to separate it in 5 chapters. I think that the structure makes it more watchable.
Chapter 1: body placements
Chapter 2: combinations and miscellaneous
Chapter 3: fork and back of the hand
Chapter 4: boxes and Co.
Chapter 5: bodythrows and bodycatches
Don’t except too much of the bodythrow/catch stuff. Recently I didn't work much on bodythrows/catches. Therefore the focus is more on the other chapters.

This is a tutorial someone requested I make. It is also one of my entries into the International Jugglers' Association Tutorial Competition.
This tutorial is designed to help you learn 5 ball mills mess step by step, catch by catch. If you find the constant pauses annoying, you can simply skip to the slow motion parts and learn the trick that way. Either way is useful!

The Wally-Walk was created by the juggling group, Manic Expressions, who came from our home, Appalachian State, and won the national team passing championship in 1987 (somewhere around there). Filmed at a bouldering spot just east of Perth innovatively called "Boulder Rock". The music is Illusion by VNV Nation.
The five main sequences show different families of siteswaps involving 1 or 2 high throws and juggling 4 or 3 balls underneath. The final 3 sequences involve different tricks with the lower balls, and the 4th sequence uses 75814 as the base pattern rather than 5.
