As a continuation to my “jam” video series, I was able to collab with another prominent Mexican juggler during my study abroad experience in Mexico. This time I have a female juggler for the first time in this series, and I am very honoured that this juggler is La Flaka. La Flaka is known for being the first (or only) juggler in the history to explore the top-of-the-head balance in the midst of tricks. Before her, jugglers had done patterns while holding that club balance, but no one was ever able to actually integrate the top-of-the-head balance with different siteswaps and body rolls. After hanging out with the Unicirclo Laguna crew in Monterrey for a week, I noticed the potential for modern passing tricks with her and I decided to visit them once again in order to record this video. well... first there is this bit with the sound system to go with the name and to match then music then i do a three club trick where they balance on my arms and stuff then it goes to the thing with different clashes and short tricks to match the music then i do a 5 ball trick with back crosses and a spin around and more back crosses with numbers and x's and things then i do 4 club singles while having 2 clubs on the ground one on top of the other so that i can step on the fat end of one using it as a lever to flip the other one into my hand and go into a 5 club cascade... you know what, i don't really have time to write out a description so maybe you better just watch the video.

"il video che non stavate aspettando"
Dopo quasi 5 anni dal primo approccio con la giocoleria, ecco che esce "Sparkle" o "Scintilla" (su ispirazione di una canzone dei Dropp), il video che esprime al meglio la mia intenzione di raggiungere la completezza nella manipolazione, tecnica ed artistica, delle palline. "Sparkle" è frutto di un intenso lavoro di allenamento e ricerca, filmato e montato interamente da me, tuttora diciassettenne. Un grazie importante va a chi mi ha aiutato durante questo mio percorso e alla Scuola di Circo Flic.
