Grip: - Pull the 2nd and 4th ring to the side.
- If the rings are too wide, grap the bottom ring and
shake the rings so they fall in the right position
-Hold the bottom ring loosely./nThrow/Catch: - Make a pre-swing.
- Throw the rings in a straight line.
- Catch the first 2 rings while they are still
high in the air

Phantom patterns in rhythm
4,3 & 2 ball patterns based on Pich's theory on 4 balls spin-spin and anti-spin + more techniques about changing independently the direction of the spins of the balls or hands.
Example - Pattern from 0:20-2:06 is: Both hands counter clock wise spin all the time.

I deeply love bbb but I had to stop practicing it long ago (2008) due to sustained wrist injuries and alas there is no videos of me in my prime.
Adam inspired me to film a few old tricks at Turbo so tonight I grabbed my balls for the first time since 2011 and tried to film them. I managed to learn a new one and do another one for the first time ever! This video contains those, a few old 3bbb tricks and a few 4bbb clips from 2011 when I failed to start seriously again (you can see the evolution of my beard)./n It's been a pleasure to see the new kids push the boundaries and I have no regret, thanks to my injuries I've started rings and rarely look back upon my bbb days even though they were amazing moments. So it's with no shame that I announce my official retirement from the bbb world, have fun doing it, I'll the happy to join you for a few seconds once in a while. /nThanks a lot for all your support in my challenge with Norbi, I've got 90 new suscribers in 3 days and 700 to go in 10 days! I noticed Juggling.TV has better quality, and it's important for these videos, because the scenery is not only carefully selected, it is VERY hard to get to sometimes (part of this is in Finse, Norway!)

Let me go into more details for you, getting these balls delivered was the first issue I came across. It took a while to resolve issues I was having with the delivery company and for whatever reason I was charged an extra fee to get them released from Parcel Force to me. The balls I received are great quality and one day they will be amazing to juggle, but they are in no means “underfilled beanbags.” I do however appreciate Gregory for all the time and effort he put in to making me a logo and creating the balls and wallet, it was incredible of him to do that off his own back and I really appreciate it. I was in contact with Gregory and told him how awesome it was of him to be doing such things, I even sent him a small amount of money as a thank you for the Logo he created, he gave me his info but never acknowledged it after that. I think Gregory is awesome but I also think he is too busy at times and I believe that may impact how he reacts with customers of the business.
