I went for a practice but the weather was really nice and there was a perfectly frozen lake, I couldn't resist filming something (some of the warming up combos of my practices actually) with the little battery I had left. As always, no so hard stuff but pretty solid (take into account the slippery surface).

I liked how this one turned out. It's not my usual style of 1 straight take, this one has edits. I had to do edits for various reason. I also forgot a trick I can do very well, behind the back catches with my new toys, and I'm mad I forgot that since I spent a good 3 days straight practicing it.
Like I said in the intro, I've only been doing rings for 2 weeks (well 2 weeks and 2 days) and I pretty much haven't done anything at all except them.

I performed this at the Open Stage of the juggling Convention in Freiburg this year. It´s not the best quality but i nail some pretty cool 1 Devilstick tricks on stage and had a lot of fun too.

Some new body throw patterns that I came during the year. The body wrap shower I had to do in the T Shirt because it was impossible with more clothing ;) hopefully I'll be able to film some 3 ball sequences soon as well. This video will dig into the world of patterns again :)

This is my summer 2010 juggling video. Unlike my last one, this thing is just juggling, none of those other distractions. The summer went a little off plan and for that reason I didn't get to juggle nearly as much as I had intended to. /nMy biggest problem was that I decided I was going to run 50 miles on August 1st. So all through June and July I was running a lot. . . like way more than you should, about 80 to 100 miles a week. Most every day I was juggling for a few hours, then running for a few hours, then studying for a few hours, then eating for a while. It turns out that it's bad for your body to do that. I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks while I was eating 10,000 calories a day. As a result I wound up really immune compromised and I got shingles in late July. Shingles in very painful so I had to stop running and at that point I gained about a pound a day for almost 2 weeks. For those of you who have never experienced rapid weight fluctuations, they suck. Well this is a long video, mostly because of the intro though. i don't want to spoil anything in the description...but I have to in the tricks list, so get to at least like a minute in before reading this.
Like I said, I'm 2 days late, but that's because I was hanging out with the .org people on the 10th, and didn't get home until 4:00 on the 11th, and I had work at 5. Then the next day I wasn't home at all. So yea, I'm late, but I didn't use those late days to get more practice in.
When i get into the ball juggling, I've only been doing that for a little less then a week, so hopefully by next month I can make it consistent. Now for the spoilers:

The Final Night from Molesey Juggling Club, nearly London, 17th July 2008. By the time of closing, this club had run for 17 years. Not much footage was recorded but the little I got I've put together here. This video is dedicated in loving memory to Ian Palmer, who ran the club for many years.

As a continuation to my “jam” video series, I was able to collab with another prominent Mexican juggler during my study abroad experience in Mexico. This time I have a female juggler for the first time in this series, and I am very honoured that this juggler is La Flaka. La Flaka is known for being the first (or only) juggler in the history to explore the top-of-the-head balance in the midst of tricks. Before her, jugglers had done patterns while holding that club balance, but no one was ever able to actually integrate the top-of-the-head balance with different siteswaps and body rolls. After hanging out with the Unicirclo Laguna crew in Monterrey for a week, I noticed the potential for modern passing tricks with her and I decided to visit them once again in order to record this video. Thank you Tinoco, Flaka and Leonardo Icaza for making this possible and for being extremely kind and welcoming!

This is the longest run I've ever had with the 7 ball cascade up to now. If anyone has tips how to improve the juggling technique or sth else, please comment. Because of the catching speed feels a bit too fast and tiring for me at the moment.

I deeply love bbb but I had to stop practicing it long ago (2008) due to sustained wrist injuries and alas there is no videos of me in my prime.
Adam inspired me to film a few old tricks at Turbo so tonight I grabbed my balls for the first time since 2011 and tried to film them. I managed to learn a new one and do another one for the first time ever! This video contains those, a few old 3bbb tricks and a few 4bbb clips from 2011 when I failed to start seriously again (you can see the evolution of my beard)./n It's been a pleasure to see the new kids push the boundaries and I have no regret, thanks to my injuries I've started rings and rarely look back upon my bbb days even though they were amazing moments. So it's with no shame that I announce my official retirement from the bbb world, have fun doing it, I'll the happy to join you for a few seconds once in a while. /nThanks a lot for all your support in my challenge with Norbi, I've got 90 new suscribers in 3 days and 700 to go in 10 days!
